Trail mix Cookies
From My Whole Food Life


• 2 cups gluten free rolled oats
• 2 ripe bananas
• 1/2 cup pepitas
• 1/4 cup dried cranberries
• 1/4 cup Enjoy Life chocolate chips
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• 1 flax egg
• 1-2 T almond milk


Preparation Steps
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. In a large mixing bowl , mix the wet ingredients. Then add dry and stir to combine.
3. Drop cookies onto a lined baking sheet .
4. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
5. Let cookies cool before removing from the baking sheet and storing.
