Tahini Cookies



• 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
• 1/2 cup Tahini
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 2 tsp Cinnamon
• 1 cup Oats
• 1/4 tsp Sea salt
• 3/4 cup Nuts, seeds, chopped
• 1/2 cup Coconut
Preparation Steps
1. Stir syrup, tahini vanilla and cinnamon together. Add other ingredients and stir. 
2. Spoon into cookie sheet. Flatten slightly. They won't expand much. 
3. Bake at 350 10-15 minutes
