Sesame Green Beans

I don't measure so the oil and soy sauce here are estimates. Add or subtract to your taste.

1 T toasted sesame oil

1 Family-size bag frozen green beans (My favorite are Picked Sweet)

​1 sweet onion, sliced

2 T tamari or soy sauce

In a large skillet or pot with a lid, heat the oil on medium until hot. Add the green beans and onions. Stir to coat with the oil. Cover the pan and continue sautéing and stirring until the beans begin to thaw and make some liquid in the pan. Reduce heat to low or simmer and cook until tender.
