Pumpkin Smoothies 2 ways
Jacked up Pumpkin Smoothie
Serves 2
1 cup non-dairy milk
1 frozen banana
4 dates, pitted
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 cups baby spinach
2 cups romaine lettuce
2 ice cubes
1/8 t nutmeg
¼ t cinnamon
Blend in a high-speed blender. Enjoy
Regular Ole Pumpkin Smoothie
1 cup non-dairy milk
½ cup pumpkin puree
½ frozen banana
1 T almond butter or peanut butter
½ t vanilla
½ t pumpkin pie spice
stevia to taste
2 ice cubes
Blend and enjoy.
