Fig n fruit squares
2/3 cup dried figs
4 oz of applesauce
½ fresh apple
1/3 cup unsweetened, dried coconut
2/3 cup whole, raw almonds
Blend well in a food processor. Press into an 8x8 square pan. Garnish with extra dried coconut sprinkled on top. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Cut into bars or squares.
