Coleslaw
These are my slaw ingredients. I don’t measure so adjust to your taste. It will be good, I promise!


Slaw:

Bagged shredded cabbage slaw mix (approximately 4 cups)
½ cup Green or red onions, chopped
¼ cup Raisins, currents, or organic dried cranberries
¼ Slivered almonds, sunflower seeds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds or other nut or seed

Dressing:

½ cup Vegenaise
¼ cup Rice vinegar
1 T Dried dill
Stevia, Salt, Pepper, Hot sauce to taste

Place slaw ingredients in a medium bowl.
 
Mix dressing and pour over slaw.  Toss to coat. Serve immediately.

This is not good left over or made ahead. If you want a single serving keep the dressing separate until ready to eat.
