Cacao Nut balls

¾ cup unsweetened dried coconut
½ cup almonds
½ cup cashews
3 tablespoons raw cacao powder
pinch of salt
6 tablespoons agave nectar


Place the dry ingredients in a food processor and process until the nuts are finely ground. Add the agave nectar and blend until the mixture begins to form a ball.

Scoop out with a melon ball maker  or mini scoop onto parchment or wax paper. Form into balls and freeze or refrigerate.


Makes about 16 balls
