Beyond Meat Balls

This recipe is great for carnivore guests! They will never know these are not meat. 


Ingredients:

1 lb package Beyond Beef

1 package Beyond Meat "Hot Italian Sausage"

3 T vegan parmesan cheese

3 T Gluten Free bread crumbs

1/2 t garlic powder

1/2 t onion powder

1 T Italian seasoning blend

Pinch each of salt and pepper


Remove the casings from the sausage. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients mixing with your hands until mixed well. Form the mixture into small golf-ball sixed balls and place in a hot non-stick skillet. Brown on all sides. 


Place the browned balls into hot spaghetti sauce of choice and simmer on low heat for about an hour. I prefer to make my sauce in my pressure cooker and when it is done I add the balls then re-seal the cooker and let it sit off the heat for an hour. Of course, the balls and sauce are great the next day or even frozen.
